Nokia 3250

Put perfection to your ear…

Nokia’s latest phone-cum-multimedia invention is pretty funky.

The keypad swivels around on a hinge, and on the other face is the MP3 player controls, so you can control the music playing easily rather than use the soft controls often found on most phones today.

And if you turn it halfway, the camera lens on the side works just like a video camera, using the screen as a focus.

This sounds like a really cool phone, hopefully the Finnish phone giant will value quality enough to use a CCD chip, and have sufficient memory and processor power to work this device.

And plenty of battery life, considering its multiple uses. Entertainment convergence seems to be the 3250’s purpose. Let’s hope it converges, and doesn’t crash instead, like so many of the multimedia phones today.
